When you first call for pet care, we will assign a PET NANNY Representative who will make an appointment to come to your home for an "interview." This is when we will meet your pets and gather all of the information regarding
the care of your pets and home.

We will ask you questions about your pets feeding schedule, location of food, any medications, and favorite activities.
Also, it is important that we get emergency contacts, the name and number of your veterinarian, a copy of the keys
to your home, and have you sign our services contract.

The interview process only has to happen once.  After that, whenever you need pet care, simply call or email and let us know when you need a PET NANNY!
